How can I check the status of my order?
All products are customade and their production starts from the day we receive your order. Your order will be dispatched within 5-10 working days after the date that you placed the order.
When your order and payment are validated, Apron Jackals will send you an Order Confirmation email.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email which confirms the shipping of your order.

Will I have a receipt for my order?
A receipt of your order will be included in the parcel.

Can I cancel or return my order?
You are entitled to return your goods within 14 days. To read more, please visit our returns policy.

How long does it take to process a refund?
We process a refund within 2-3 business days of receiving the good, however it depends on the Bank and Paypal in how many days you will receive the refund.

What are the estimated delivery times offered?
