Return Policy

The customer has the right to withdraw the purchase contract of products within a period of 14 calendar days from the delivery date of the products to him (or to the competent customs office).
If the customer has ordered aprons with pyrography leather patch or embroidery, the aprons cannot be returned, changed or refunded.

The withdrawal is without any charge for the customer. If the products have been delivered to him, the customer must return them to Apron Jackals, in the exact condition that they were, when he received them, along with all the documents that accompanied them (for example receipt, invoice, delivery note). Furthermore, the packaging of the products must be in perfect condition (factory) and of course the customer must also return any gift that he received along with the products, otherwise the value of the gift will be deducted from the refundable amount. The return product is accepted only if the customer has paid all shipping charges incurred by Apron Jackals to send the product to him and of course all the shipping charges for returning the product to Apron Jackals.

The declaration of withdrawal is exercised in writing or electronically and Apron Jackals is obligated to send confirmation of receipt of withdrawal statement as soon as it is brought to its attention. (see contact details set out below)

After the withdrawal statement is received, Apron Jackals is obliged to return the purchase price to the customer within 14 calendar days after the receipt of the products.

Apron Jackals will refund the purchase price to the customer in the same way that the original payment from the customer took place. Specifically in the case of payment via credit card the refund of the amount will take place as follows: if until the withdrawal statement, the purchase price has been paid to Apron Jackals from the Bank, Apron Jackals is obliged to inform the Bank for cancellation of the transaction and the Bank will take any action provided according to the contract drawn up with the customer. The company beyond this provision of information to the Bank shall not be liable for the time and the way that the Bank will perform the reversal, which is regulated by the above mentioned agreement between the customer and the Bank. If the customer has paid for the products by bank transfer, the refund will be made also by bank transfer to the customer’s account.

If the returning products are damaged, incomplete or unsealed, Apron Jackals has the right to claim compensation from the customer - as in these cases customer cannot withdraw - the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the returning products and also carry out, unilaterally and without any further formality, a total or partial settlement of its claim against the customer’s claim.

The customer is also obliged to return the products within 14 calendar days from the day that he communicated the withdrawal statement.
Finally, the customer has the right, if he wants, to cancel the order without any charges, provided that Apron Jackals hasn’t shipped the products.


RETURN OF PRODUCTS DUE TO DELIVERY FAULT AND REPLACEMENT

1. In all cases, that the products delivered are other than the ones that were ordered, either of type or quantity, due to Apron Jackals' fault, the customer shall return the products, for check and fault detection. In this case the shipping costs for returning the products to Apron Jackals and for dispatching the correct products to the customer, shall be borne by Apron Jackals, as long as the returning procedure is kept (see returning procedure set out below).

If the returning products are damaged, incomplete or unsealed Apron Jackals has the right to claim compensation from the customer - as in these cases customer can not withdraw - the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the returning products and also carry out, unilaterally and without further formality, a total or partial settlement of its claim against the customer’s claim.

The customer is obliged to return the products within a strict deadline of 7 calendar days from the day that he received the products, in the exact condition that they were, when he received them, along with all the documents that accompany them (for example receipt, invoice, delivery note) and their full packaging. If the fault is found after the delivery and the packaging does not exist, then the packaging is not compulsory for returning the products.

Any delay by the customer is only justified for reasons of force majeure, otherwise the right to replace the products, based on what is provided here, shall be lost.

Additionally with the above right to replace the products, the customer retains the right of withdrawal, as provided above.

2. If upon delivery, the products’ packaging is damaged (excepting cases of minor damage), the customer shall return the products, for check and possible damage detection. In this case the shipping costs for returning the products to Apron Jackals and for dispatching the new products to the customer, shall be borne by Apron Jackals, as long as the returning procedure is kept (see returning procedure set out below).

The customer is obliged to return the products within a strict deadline of 7 calendar days from the day that the products were delivered to the customer, in the exact condition that they were, when he received them, along with all the documents that accompany them (for example receipt, invoice, delivery note) and their full packaging.

Any delay by the customer is only justified for reasons of force majeure, otherwise the right to replace the products, based on what is provided here, shall be lost.

Additionally, with the above right to replace the products, the customer retains the right of withdrawal, as provided above.

3. In all cases, that the products delivered are other than the ones that were ordered, either of type or quantity, due to customer’s fault, the customer has the right to follow the process of unjustified withdrawal (see above).


RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

The return of any products, which are considered defective on delivery, i.e. they don’t apply the agreed - between customer and Apron Jackals – properties, will be accepted within a strict deadline of 7 calendar days, from the day that the products were delivered to the customer, in the exact condition that they were, when he received them, along with all the documents that accompany them (for example receipt, invoice, delivery note) and their full packaging.

Apron Jackals receives the products and checks them, in order to detect the defect mentioned by the customer.

Provided that the products have been previously received and checked by Apron Jackals, they will be replaced with new ones, which apply the agreed properties.

The shipping costs for returning the products to Apron Jackals and for dispatching the new products to the customer, shall be borne by Apron Jackals, as long as the returning procedure is kept (see returning procedure set out below).

If the returning products are damaged or incomplete Apron Jackals has the right to claim compensation from the customer - as in these cases customer can not withdraw - the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the returning products and also carry out, unilaterally and without further formality, a total or partial settlement of its claim against the customer’s claim.

MISCELLANEOUS

It is hereby expressly agreed, that in case the customer does not receive the ordered products by the competent customs office for any reason, Apron Jackals shall not be liable, and is entitled to claim compensation from the customer for any shipping costs, that may occur, in order to receive the products from the competent customs office.
Also, it is hereby expressly agreed that in the case where the client shall not receive the ordered products and there is no proof of any mistake on behalf of our company or our shipping company partner, Apron Jackals shall not be liable, and is entitled to claim compensation from the customer for any shipping costs, that may occur, in order to receive the products from the shipping company partner.

Finally, it is hereby expressly agreed, that customers ordering and purchasing any products from Apron Jackals, have read and accepted the present company’s return policy. Beyond the above, no further liability shall incur against Apron Jackals.



RETURN PROCEDURE

The customer, in order to return any products should do the following:

1. Place in the returning package a document setting out to Apron Jackals, the way that he wishes to resolve the outstanding economic issue, when the product appears likely to be returned, i.e. whether he prefers a refund of the purchase price or to replace the products.

Ιn the case that the products do not meet the above requirements, they will be returned to the customer, the shipping costs will be borne by him.
